Hi i am after a clean tidy flatmate that is working or studying to flat with myself and my 5 year old daughter. Must be good around kids and semi-quiet at night for my daughter not to be woken. $120 a week including,unlimited wifi, My-sky,home phone. If you wanted sky in your room we can discuss this. If you dont have a car the bus into town is just around the cornor or if need be can discuss if you needed a ride somewhere etc.Buy your own food and cook yourself or can be discussed.My daughters fussy so dont always cook a meal at night.
